Ladder To Success


Ladder to success, what is it ? Have you ever wondered what the great billionaires like Mukesh Ambani and Ratan Tata do to get this position in the world. Yes, you are absolutely right they had success.  But how ? By doing what all things ? Is it a bank robbery or corruption. No, it isn't. It is the efforts made by them. The ingredients needed for a recipe called success are very simple but quite difficult to achieve. What are they ? The first one is to identify your goal, a word that is very precise, very specific in meaning is the basic thing determining our lives, our personalities and so on. Keep in mind that your goal should always be S.M.A.R.T. Where S stands for Specific, which means that you should not put your one foot there and foot here. You should have decided one specific goal which you want to accomplish. Always remember that " If you try to do everything, you will achieve NOTHING !! " The next letter is M, it stands for Measurable, it means that your goal should be countable. For example - If I say that I will study but that should be defined that I will study for 3 hours a day. Then it becomes a measurable short term goal. The next letter is A, it stands for Attainable, it means that your goal should be realistic and not just a fantasy. For example - If I say that I want to be the king of this world, but there is no dictatorship followed nowadays so it is impossible. The next letter is R, it stands for Relevant, it means that you should think of you goal for the long term purpose as well. For example - If a person wants to start a business of petrol pump after 25 years but maybe after 25 years there will be no petrol and all the cars will be 100% electric then this goal is not a relevant one. So, always think of a relevant goal and not just make your own fantasies. The last letter we have is T, it stands for Time - Bound, It means that your goal should always have a deadline otherwise you will not take it seriously. For example - If you want to do aeronautical engineering for NASA , you should have a deadline that I will  complete my degree till am 25 years otherwise you will not understand the value of time. After identifying your S.M.A.R.T Goal you need to to hardwork with determination. In between you will have to face numerous turbulent phases of life. But you should know how to conquer a challenge and make it into an easy task. You will face many failures but never forget that failures are the stepping stones to success. You should always be optimistic and look at the glass half full rather than half empty. You will have to work hard with consistency then only you will be able to achieve success. This is how you will achieve success and be Something because there is no space and respect given to Mr. Nobody in this world. I would like to end this article by saying that success is not a destination, it itself is a path so never feel that you have reached the top. If once achieved something, never stop because sky is the limit !!
